BEWARE many people out there claim they are credit card debt elimination companies but really they are feeding off your hardships of being overwhelmed by debt. They may even promise to support this credit card debt elimination process with so called experts that understand these laws pertaining to this "not legal debt".

What these companies forget to inform you about is if these laws in place are illegal for credit card companies to extend you credit then why are there billions of credit cards in circulation? Wouldnt you think that it would have come to the attention of several lawmakers out there who would then enforce this "law" about the "illegal debt" that credit card companies are allowing you to charge.
