Credit card debt
Many people today are overextended with debt. As soon as we are old enough to get a credit card, we are inundated with all these special offers and prequalifications that promise us that our life will be better if we only sign up for on of their credit cards.
Most department stores offer you some special discount if you open up a new account with them to lure you into getting a card.
Some credit cards offer low balance transfers when you sign up for a card. Beware cause using the card for regular purchases the inerest is high.
The temptation to sign up for these credit cards is very tempting. These cards give you a feeling of power and exhilaration from the purchasing power that you now have. Who needs cash when you have plastic.
Credit cards, when used improperly they can lead to you getting yourself into much credit card debt that will take years to get rid of. So be carefull and do not spend what you can not pay back.
